I'm in the same boat as you. The only way I can get my Duo 2 on, and have it stay on, is by leaving it on the charger.

And even then, it doesn't always boot up. It seems to cycle through the Windows logo and then show a battery charging symbol instead of booting into Microsoft Launcher many times (even though the phone has been plugged into the charger for hours/days). Just wierd.

Is this also happening with the surface duo 1? I am having the same issues. Would a factory reset help the problem?

I am responding to this thread on my new Samsung fold 4. It's an interesting device, and I'm still getting the hang of it. The best part is, I do not have to have it plugged in all the time, and it is not constantly restarting when I run a VPN to protect myself. I couldn't wait for Microsoft to figure out what they did wrong. They lost me as a customer because my daily driver duo 2 that I loved became unusable, and they have taken too long to fix it. People can't be left in a bad spot for this long, especially from a company that is supposed to be good with software. People will move on, and Microsoft has no one to blame but themselves.
