I'm sorry to hear that. It seems like everyone is experiencing slightly different issues. I have moved on to another phone. I miss my duo, but I can't risk it going dead on me while I'm working. I hope Microsoft fixes this soon. It's not good to leave your user base in a bad place. People will move on...

At this point, I'd rather pay to have Microsoft fix it instead of just having a paperweight. Even if an independent shop could revive it, I doubt they could do anything about downgrading the OS.

Soooo out of the blue the phone suddenly decided to turn on... >.<

Take the wins where ya can get them, I guess.

But, also, (at least in my case), blue tooth needs to shut off also. I read people saying that, but forgot to turn off BT when I turned off my VPN and WiFi and kept having issues. So far what is working for me is +plugged into charger, +WiFi, -BT, -VPN. If I unplug the charger, the rebooting resumes.

Any ETA on a resolution? Our phones are non-functional.
