DId anyone else experience random shutdowns and/or reboots not coming up again after the update may 30 2023? Display showing the option of retrying oder factory reset.
Saw also some postings on reddit regarding this new issue.

Duo 2 has big problems with the last update.
After a complex ritual: vpn off, reset all connections and manual reset to complete the update, the divice has still problems (oa huge battery usage and heating up), but is not in a reboot loop anymore.
But has anyone tried put to set the vpn on again?? With no problems?
I used the nordvpn app.

I have had the reboot issue on my Surface Duo 2 since the update. I factory reset my device and reinstalled apps in small groups to see if they presented any issues. Everything ran smoothly. About two weeks ago I reinstalled my VPN app and after a few hours, the reset/reboot screen returned. I rebooted, uninstalled the VPN, and Duo 2 is running perfectly since.
Please fix this ASAP as i am now paying for a VPN that I cannot use. I also hate operating my device without it.
Anybody experience with turning on vpn after the complete update?
