Thank you for your patience while we have investigated Surface Duo devices that would restart after the May 30th, 2023 update. The June 26th, 2023 update improves system stability. See Update Surface Duo for more info on how to update your Surface Duo or Surface Duo 2.

Hello, I have a surface duo, couple of days ago it had system update, since then it restarts itself, it has a error about android recovery and if it continues to show up I should do the reset factory and erase all the information on it, I did it but sometime it shows up and most of the time it resets itself all of a sudden, what should I do??

The charger truck doesn't seem to work for me, even if it did, the screen is so buggy when charging I can't use it.

The WiFi and VPN does make sense though. I thought it was odd that it only seems to do it after I got home at night 😅

Wow. The charger! And, I believe you!

This bug is a weird one, seems to affect different devices and setups differently. "It depends!"

    Many people have NO problems!

Might be harder to figure out the fix.

    Anyway...

Are you on Duo 1 or 2?

    Do you use a VPN?

    Thanks. I'm just curious.

While it would be interesting to learn the causes and solutions, I'd really, really want a fix, and soon. Who doesn't!?
