    Please contact support directly in order to get direct assistance for this issue. The battery may have malfunctioned.

    1. Download the Surface Application to any Windows 10/11 machine from the Microsoft Store
      1. Surface - Microsoft Store Apps
    2. Press the Text bubble with the question mark on it on the top right hand side of the application main screen
    3. Type in your issue and then scroll to the bottom and press "Sign in to contact Support"
      1. Sign in with your Microsoft Account
      2. Fill out the form to initiate a help ticket
      3. A Surface Advocate should contact you within 8 business hours to start assistance
