Why is nobody looking into this??
Microsoft Surface Pro 4 Crackling Sound
I've had my MS Pro 4 for a few days now. Updates are installed and it's working fine. I hear a crackling or arcing sound every once in a while. It even happens when in sleep mode. Should I be concerned or is there an explanation for this?

2018-02-15T01:27:08+00:00 Hi,
Let's go ahead and check if there are settings that we need to adjust that might help resolving this crackling noise issue on your Surface device. Please try to uncheck the Enhance audio enhancements under the Sound Properties of your Surface Pro 4 and see if the crackling noise will still be evident.
Alternatively, you may try to follow the troubleshooting steps (those steps you haven't tried yet) from this support article: Troubleshoot Surface sound and audio accessories.
Keep us informed of the outcome.

2018-02-15T14:37:04+00:00 I have already tried to switch the audio enhancements (Surface only has the dobly on or off button) No change...
I cannot restore or reset my device as I use it on a day to day basis and do not have time to go through that hassle.
It worked fine before the latest big update (fall creators update)...
See my previous screenshots of the events in event manager that are always there when a crackle or pop has occured.
