Hello! I'm loving my Surface Laptop 3, however, to my dismay, the back left rubber foot (or bumper) fell off. I've tried putting it on several times, but it kept falling off.
I'm looking to get it fixed, so I don't scratch my Surface or the surface it's on :P. It's still in warranty and since I didn't do anything to prompt this, I figured I could get it replaced. But I haven't seen anything concrete. I also don't wanna overpay for this. These things probably cost pennies, and since I'm tech savvy I know that they are taken off to service this laptop, so I know they gotta have extras.
The other note I have is if Microsoft tries to make me pay for this (I'm somewhat confident they won't though) I'm still able to just replace it at the retailer I bought it at (yay Costco!). But, that would be very disappointing, considering the reach and quality I've received with Microsoft products up until then.
Any answers/assistance would be great, as I've seen other members have this issue and it not really get resolved.

I am facing the same issue as everyone in this thread. I tried calling multiple Microsoft hotlines but none of them were picked up. The bottom rubber of my laptop has come off and I find it so ridiculous to have to pay for a replacement. Additionally, my laptop has been giving me a lot of technical issues (e.g. heating up like crazy etc.) May I know how exactly did you manage to exchange your laptop using the get help app (e.g. what did you say)? I tried using the get help app but the BOT did not understand what I was trying to say. Your help would be greatly appreciated.

From the help app, I asked to "talk with a representative" (or something similar). The help app is questionable in it's helpfulness.
Yeah. Definitely just a design flaw that they clearly don't know how to handle. Happened on my second one. Honestly, this is a problem of a lot of modern devices (not being designed for repairability). Since my device needs have since changed, I no longer own my Surface Laptop 3, instead I'm using an Asus Zephyrus G15. So I can't be of too much help, any longer. Has anyone tried reaching out to them through a social media account? That may be a good route.
Hope this helps, took a while to figure out:
Click "Devices" Tab on top of the screen.
Click "See Details" button under the Surface Laptop 3
Under the "Devices Coverage" section, click on "Start Order"
This will take you to a different screen where you can select the Accessories>Misc option
Under Catogory select "Accessories"
Under issue type select "Misc"
Just type "Surface Laptop 3 - Rubber Feet Fell Off" in the text box and it will give you the option to order new ones once you enter your address details.
Costs AUD $6.
I have a surface laptop go and the rubber from the back of the laptop had fall off. Im unable to find the Accessories > Misc.
Can i order a replacement for this?
