Bing and Start apps completely broken on surface duo 2

The Bing app and its stable-mate 'start' are completely broken on surface duo 2. News is unreadable, with flickering while the app hunts for a display aspect. Comments are also broken and refuse to show more than two comments. There is zero gesture support which the surface duo uses for interactions. Overall, a completely subpar experience for a Microsoft app on a Microsoft handset, a $2500 handset no less. This is appalling for such an expensive device that comes from your company. Fix it please.

I've also tried to log the issue through multiple supplied email addresses which all have bounced, which is not a good look.

Hy, I am french and living in Toulouse.

And also, by the default tab "the Bing app and its stable-mate 'start' are completely broken on surface duo 2. News is unreadable, with flickering while the app hunts for a display aspect."

In fact the display is swiping between two states. But if I choice the news tab I can access to the same subject without this issue. I can send you a video as live sample of this issue (6965 ko) but I can join pictures of these two states now.

    Best regards.

I have done all you have said and no Microsoft employee has contacted me, in fact I have just logged into the surface support app and the ticket has been closed. The issue is not fixed, the issue still exists. How many times do I need to go through the process before any action is taken?

This is why I have now decided to abandon MS products and fully switch to Apple. MS uses us as pilot subjects for their half-baked ideas and doesn't reward us for our loyalty or even listen.
