The Bing app and its stable-mate 'start' are completely broken on surface duo 2. News is unreadable, with flickering while the app hunts for a display aspect. Comments are also broken and refuse to show more than two comments. There is zero gesture support which the surface duo uses for interactions. Overall, a completely subpar experience for a Microsoft app on a Microsoft handset, a $2500 handset no less. This is appalling for such an expensive device that comes from your company. Fix it please.
I've also tried to log the issue through multiple supplied email addresses which all have bounced, which is not a good look.

2023-08-25T08:16:38+00:00 I have done everything you have asked but have heard nothing. Are there actually any engineers even looking at this? Does Miscrosoft still have any Duo engineers? It seems like Microsoft is once again giving up on their phones and shafting their loyal customers for the second time.
Granted there are much bigger issues to fix such as the problems with NFC on the Duo 2 this would seem to be less important but I would also think that the team that should be looking into this would be a different division that works on Bing etc.
Can you escalate this and get something done please? A new update to both just came out but still no fix.

It's very discouraging that Microsoft apps remain broken on first party hardware and this is deemed acceptable by Microsoft. These issues still need to be fixed, we need a confirmation it's being worked on thanks.
