I have a brand new set of Surface Earbuds and they don't work. Purchased from Microsoft and mailed to my home. Its hard to find a way to contact support - the MicroSoft website sends me around in circles. I just want someone to talk to to replace these things . AU$320 and they don't work and now I'm being asked to pay to send them back and MicroSoft might send me refurbished used Earbuds. Don't think so. How do I talk or chat to a person at MicroSoft?

Rolando,
I follow the instructions carefully and it doesn't work.
First problem: For other countries, click the globe icon on the very bottom of the page and select your location When I click on the globe there are only options for other languages. Not any options for locations outside USA.
Step 9 says:
You should be able to chat with an agent or get a phone call back.
But all I see is:
Choose a support option
Submit a repair request Select Info & support for your device (or first select Register device if you don't see the device listed), and then select Start order. Find a nearby service center for in-person support
Thanks Rolando, I will try this approach.
