By any chance any luck??? i have been stuck on this **** forever,, i have tried everything that people have suggested. installed all the current drivers also.. in the boot screen my camera is "on",,, privacy is "on" uninstalled reinstalled, i even checked to see if there is a hidden "FN plus F(key)" to run on camera maybe that did it. I gotta take my zoom classes online, windows fix this **** you're guys' system is garbage!!. If anything new please let me know KevinWells4.
Surface Pro 6. Cameras cannot be found. Power failure in all three cameras (Code 10). They are located in the systems section on the device manager, each with a yellow triangle. Their is a camera with Intel(R) AVStream Camera 2500 driver, that says it is working properly.
Toggled on and off, uninstalled, tried all the normal stuff. Cannot get the yellow triangles. Must login with PIN, camera will not work with another profile.
Hope you have an idea?

Hi Polopeka,
Thank you for confirming. The type of reset that you've mentioned keeps the same driver.
We suggest performing the USB recovery image. This process will wipe everything out on your device and install a fresh operating system. Please make sure that you have back up your files and data either in an External Hard drive or use your OneDrive app. You’ll need a USB (USB stick) with at least 16GB/32 GB and format it clean (make sure that you have chosen FAT32 as the file system while formatting the USB). You'll need a PC running Windows 10 or Surface Device to download the system files/recovery image on the Microsoft Website.
Note: USB/Flash drives are the only required device for you to perform the follow steps below successfully.
• Download the System Files or Recovery Image:
• Perform the USB recovery:
Hope this helps.
Kind regards,
John Neil_J
I guess no one has any other suggestions?
