Warranty coverage for replacement earpads for surface headphones 2.

Hello,

My warranty for my surface headphones is still active but when I go to the repair orders page and request a new pair of earpads it says I need to pay money for it. Does the warranty not cover replacement earpads? Thanks.

Earpads will not be covered by the warranty, you'll have to pay for replacements. If you have gone through them so quickly you'll probably want to order 2 pairs. Mine fell aprt quickly because I cleaned them with something that destroyed the pleather skin, just use very light soap and water nothing strong like vinegar water or rubbing alcohol.
