.I suggest logging into your Microsoft live account under your devices you should see your Surface Studio device serial ..

go to the image download wizard

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/surface-recovery-image

choose the latest, you might get an error because it is an older version, but it should just rool it back.

Can you send me some steps to restore from Image?

Even though you should be able to restore with the 1804 image it is obvious something is stopping you from completing the install wizard.

My suggestion is to make a fresh install using the windows 10 installer and then install all the drivers seperately .. (nvidea experience) etc ..

    https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/software-download/windows10

    https://www.nvidia.com/en-gb/geforce/geforce-experience/download/

    https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/intel-driver-support-assistant.html

Use another machine to flash the image onto a thumb drive.

It's disgusting that Microsoft surface recovery images are borked, but sometimes you have to work around incompetance.

    Hi Dom,

it is work. do you have link to load new Image file can restore?

    Thank

    Victor
