My Samsung Galaxy Buds Pro 2 won't connect to my surface go 3. I've tried to get them to pair, and it doesn't show up in the Bluetooth pairing mode.

I've tried charging them and then connect, turning off and on my surface go, letting my headphones die, and restarting my surface but they still won't connect.

My earbuds do connect to my iphone and a friends samsung as well. I have connected my old earbuds to the surface and it worked fine. Also my surface is up to date on the most current version of windows since it has recently been updated.

My earbuds still wont connect even after updating the surface and charging the ears buds.

    Hi Karyme!

Thanks for reaching Microsoft Community. We're here to help and let's work on this together.

I understand you're having issues with your Surface device connecting your Samsung Buds. Happy to help and provide more options here.

To further isolate the issue please allow us to ask a few questions.

    • Could you please try to connect your earbuds to another device if it would work.
    • Would it be possible as well to connect any Bluetooth device to your Surface to check if it would successfully connect?
    • What version of Windows is your Surface running?

For the meantime, please try to check for Windows update. To check for updates, just follow these steps:

Start> Settings> Update & Security> Windows Update> then check for updates and install any available updates.

Run Surface Diagnostics Toolkit and complete task here Fix common Surface problems using the Surface app and Surface Diagnostic Toolkit - Microsoft Support.

Please let us know how it goes. We look forward to hearing from you.

    Greetings,

    RodelioP.
