Hello - Recently received the Surface Earbuds and they work great when watching/streaming videos and listening to music with Spotify. However, for some reason, when I take a phone call from my mobile phone or enable audio with Microsoft Teams, audio only comes in through the right earbud and not the left. Tried disconnecting and reconnecting several times and can't seem to find an appropriate setting.
What am I missing?

I too am having issues with Audio in Teams. Seems to be regardless if paired via my Surface Book 2 or my iPhone XS. I hear some hissing sounds, some reverb/feedback. When listening to music, watching a video or conducting a mobile call via iPhone, I have no issues. The problem seems to be only with Teams audio.
