    Hi JoeNisenkier,

Thank you for reaching Microsoft Community.

Surface Earbuds (Meet Surface Earbuds – Break Free from Ordinary – Microsoft Surface) comes with 3 pairs of silicone ear tips (S/M/L). However, we do not have an available option where you could only get the ear tips from the Microsoft Store. For options available, you may contact our live support for further assistance. You may contact them through the numbers listed in Global Customer Service phone numbers (microsoft.com). You may also reach them through this page: Contact Us - Microsoft Support and use the details or entries given here: I need to talk to tech support - Microsoft Community.

Madness. You don't sell replacement silicone tips separately?

Have to be honest, that's disappointing.

I'm pretty sure there are many users who'd like the option to buy tips in either graphite or glacier or for mix and match. In my case, they've lost shape and it seems ridiculous that I should have to spend another £199 (or even £149 currently) just to get a replacement set of large tips where mine have split.

I have the same requirement. One of the tips on my earbuds has split and no longer stays on the earbud. I think I got them Dec 2020, so they're 14 months old. The other sizes are not right for my ears, so what to do? I'm not going to buy a new set just because one of the pieces of silicon has split, yet they are next to useless unless I can find a replacement.

This'll be another product that fails and dies out.

I love the buds, but the idea that you can't replace the tips makes them end of life for me.

Time to move on to a product line that's supported.

Biggest reason to switch to Dell XPS was the repeated failure to address fundamental flaws in the surface book line only to replace it with a housebrick.

What price a slimline surface powerhouse with an up to date processor? Surface Laptop only ever gets announced with year old spec and released in a redundant state.

    Disappointing.

Thought I should follow up on this. I contacted support through the Get Help app, ended up chatting with an agent, and they arranged to send out a set of replacement tips. All up, took about 15 minutes.

Assuming they arrive as promised (and I have no reason to doubt they will) I couldn't be happier with the support.
