Price Reduction within 60-days of Purchase

I just saw that the Microsoft store reduced the price of the Surface Duo by $200.  Microsoft has a policy that if you purchased the phone within 60-days, they'll refund you the price difference of the reduction.

    Based on what I have seen, you are probably out of luck since they supposedly have a 15 day window for cellphones? In this case, advantage Microsoft Store (the 60 day window is what enticed me to pre-order, just in case). Sorry you were unsuccessful in your effort...

    To willy_013:

    I suggest that you try the Microsoft Store chat link for your refund.  I received mine today, and I think that they either have changed their policy on this or were just unprepared for the number of requests received.

    Either way, it is worth a try.
