You know, at this point I just want my $3000.00 back. I'll wipe the SB2 and return it to them if I can just have my money back. I have already replaced this machine because it doesn't work as advertised. Forget network speed, I've tried to use it just doing work and it can't do that. It keeps "pausing" for just a second every few minutes like it's trying to do something else, probably trying to call home on it worthless network connection.
Really, all I want at this point is my money back.
That's unusual and never happens on my SB2... which leads me to think it's a software issue. Have you tried a clean install of 1903? I run my SB2 hard... often using two external displays, multiple desktops, simultaneous downloads, etc and everything is extremely fluid. Not a single hesitation unless it's a known program at fault (eg, an alpha/dev build of Edge or some other beta software). The latest Win 10 1903 even sped things up a bit. Couldn't be happier. Again, I'd suggest you start fresh with the latest Win 10 build, let it pull the requisite drivers, then incrementally install your apps to see if you can nail down the culprit.
