Slow Wifi with brand new Surface Book 2!!!

I am so beyond disappointed!! I bought one of the most expensive versions of the Surface Book 2 (i7, 15 inches, 512 GB) and it its wifi connection is only half the speed of my old i5 and i3 laptops!!! IT IS UNACCEPTABLE for the price I paid (almost 3000 dollars for the computer, and if you add accessories and extended warranty, more than 3600!!).

I have tried everything: resetting the network, reinstalling the wireless adapter drivers, resetting windows from scratch...everything!. I have a 100 Mbps connection at home and all my laptops and smartphones get wifi speeds around 45-50 Mbps, but the SB2 gets 20 Mbps and most of the time it does not even get to 10 Mbps.

I have been reading many other testimonies online of people experiencing the same. I feel scammed.

Not only that, it also seems that there is some kind of incompatibility with the design software I use (Sketchup and Vray). They work flawlessly in my older computers. They crash all the time with the Surface Book 2.

Seriously thinking about returning it. They pull you in with the shiny exterior, but it is a substandard product.

We all want to know. And even more importantly why are Microsoft ignoring us. I have asked multiple times how to report this properly to get it resolved and HUGE silence ................................. I will NEVER buy a laptop like this again if this is the servicxe MSoft offer. Already had an exchange for this issue .... No improvement

I am getting very slow broadband in compared to my old computer, about 1/10 of the download and upload speed,

I have found when I disconnect my surface dock the issue goes away,

but this is by far an adequate solution as I need my other screens connected in order to work.

I have the 13.5 inch 512 16GB version and I specifically bought the Windows laptop for ease of use. Eveyone said I was mad and should spend my hard earned money on an apple product, I see why they are saying this. Wifi connection is such a basic utility that even my 10 year old laptop can connect without these issues.

What is happening here Windows!!?? This is ridiculous expecting your users to uninstall drivers to no end!

I am located in the UK, London and I wast answers to why my top of the range, most expensive laptop that money can buy is not working as well as my cheap bottom of the range 10 yr old laptop???
