  1. I don't hear no sounds at all, I plug headphones in still no sound, I Bluetooth surface earbuds on still no sounds. My phone has no sound with or without headphones.
  2. One screen goes black
  3. System ui not responding, it occurs when I make a phone call or Skype. Phone app or Skype freezes up. YouTube, pandora etc... constantly buffering.

    In this case, please force the device to shut down by holding down the power button and restart. Then, Update Surface Duo with all the latest improvements and features. If update did not fix the issue, try to Reset Surface Duo to factory settings and see if issue still occurs or not.

    In any event the issue still persists, then we suggest to contact Microsoft Surface Support to seek exchange options for your device. If you're located outside United States, see Global Support.
