Hello BawlBuster703,
Thanks for reaching Microsoft Community and posting your concern here.
The earbuds are typically a tighter fit, so you ideally won't have to push them back in constantly, and the over-the-ear variety make the earbud fit a non-issue. Try to place the earbud in your ear with the tip pointing slightly downward, and then gently twist it backward until it feels comfortable and secure. It should sit in your ear without sealing inside it and being forced. This lets you get the sound you want while still hearing ambient sound around you. See Find your fit for Surface Earbuds to find out more.
Hope this helps.

Thanks for the reply StevenK. Unfortunately I've already mentioned that I've tried all three rubber tips for my left ear for sizing. I mentioned that my right ear fits perfectly and doesn't fall out. I always use the proper instructions to fit and twist the earbuds but the left one always falls loose after a while. I think it's the shape of my ear canal. I twist the earbud properly in my left ear and it rests for a minute or two but because of the weight of the earbud and i think the shape of my ear, the bud comes loose and falls out. It's as if the rubber tip doesn't have enough grip in my ear. That's why i was asking if they had an xl tip or a more grippier extension. I could make a video bit it would take a few minutes.
