Where can I get a Hard Copy (in print) of User's guide or Owners manual of surface duo?  received my duo 4 days ago and I am having a terrible time trying to get support from Microsoft.  I have been involved with smart cellphones since I got my First IPhone "The original one" so I am very knowledgeable about How they work. Someone Please help.  I am getting ready to return it.
