An interesting situation that I am still following up.
I paid 481 EUR in an agreement with Microsoft (written in email) to get a Surface Pro 5, and they sent me a Surface Pro 4 instead. I complaint and a supporter and she said that she raised my case twice and there is nothing more they can do about it. Now
does that sound like a scam :)
I am raising my case again to another technician and waiting for the response.
What looks so black and white apparently sounds really complicated at Microsoft.
It's like you paid for an iPhone and they sent you a Samsung (no offense) and you're supposed to be grateful for that.
Microsoft is a company in decline and takes no responsibility for their products. They will take your money and if you and I are unlucky to be stuck with their product its our problem.
It seems some of their employees in storefronts act well by providing a swap for a dangerous product. However the official line is that they don't want to know.
Proof of that is their response to these concerns being ZERO.
