Battery drain overnight while shutdown

Lately, after I shutdown (full shutdown, not sleep or hibernate) my fully charged Surface Laptop 2 at night, I turn it on in the morning and find that the battery has lost around 25% power overnight! What's going on and how can I fix this? 

The laptop is only about 6 months old and the battery seems to be in good health.

    well... it works!

    Just to replicate my steps:

    Enrolled for insider for skip -skip, rebooted

    realized I had to do next released, so updated the ring, rebooted

    installed 1909 update, rebooted

    Uninstalled battery drivers, rebooted

    Uninstalled battery drivers and canceled the drivers, rebooted

    YEsterday I did a test shutting down for 10 minutes, kept 100%

    This morning, still 100%

    too soon for the drain test, but at least the 75% is gone!

    Just installed 1909 and deleted battery drivers on my slaptop 2... will update you on how it goes

    I'm currently using my Surface Laptop 2 on battery power after installing the insider build (1909) which so far seems to have addressed the starting up at 75% problem. 

    My charge remained at 100% for about 40 minutes of light web surfing and Office use. It then went immediately to 97% and seems to be discharging at a steady but slow rate since then. Currently reporting 96% after 54 minutes of use.  This seems too good to be true, so I imagine that it will start dropping more rapidly. I use a 3rd party app, BatteryBar, which estimates my full run time based on currently discharge rates and past data at 10 hours and 48 minutes.
