Hello All!
The option for Office Integration is switched off. When I try to switch it on, it switches off again automatically.
Everything is up to date and I'm not sure why this is happening. I will try on another device if I can.
Any help will be appreciated :)

I just wanted to confirm that you are correct that when button shows grayed out in the on position that Office Integration is turned on. Thanks for the feedback and I will make sure to pass this along for both the button as well as the embedded videos tip.
No problem! And I'm very happy I was able to help! The greyed out was a little confusing and the Office Update was definitely the final fix needed.

And I'm also really happy that the tip is helpful too. I tried to play a video using the Surface Earbuds and it was silent until changing the settings to have the Surface Earbuds as the input only and then the speakers as output only.

This is also a problem for me. However, I do not have an option of Office Insider. Is there a time frame for a fix for this problem?
