I have the power settings set to NOT restart when the power is plugged in and NOT to go into sleep mode.

Even with these settings the laptop restarts randomly. I'll be writing code and it restarts. Its random.

While their warranty says refund is an option, but for some reason they do not give refunds whatsoever. They escalated my case once but their support team reviewed my case and replied I have not gotten enough replacements to be qualified for a refund without saying what is the threshold LOL (I have gotten one replacement already). This is some low level customer service

I really think they do not value customer experience at all. Regardless, they might have sold me a laptop but they have lost me forever and I was a believer of Microsoft products. plus, I will not going to talk good about them so they may lose even more customers.

It seems if anyone wants a refund for real, has to take the matter to court, which is really unfortunate because it probably does not worth the hassle and they may not even lose the case, who knows??

Gheester777 if you find a way to get a refund, please keep me in the loop. This restart thing is still happening and I have the latest version.

I'm fully up to date with patches and hotfixes and it is still happening. Are people who have asked for a full refund getting push back and just getting a replacement?? I'm over this. Completely frustrating experience.

    No, Microsoft are not listening.

It only lets me remove after the first install - which Ive done but still reboots. Im on Windows Insider release also but no joy. Glad yours is working though as I vouch how annoying this is.
