Surface Laptop 3 Restarting Randomly

I have the power settings set to NOT restart when the power is plugged in and NOT to go into sleep mode. 

Even with these settings the laptop restarts randomly. I'll be writing code and it restarts. Its random.

Surface Laptop 3 15"

AMD Ryzen 7 Microsoft Surface Edition 2.30 GHz

16.0 GB RAM

We published new improvements and fixes for Surface Laptop 3 that improve device stability. You can get updates now by checking Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update. We recommend that you install these updates to keep your Surface performing its best.

    Hello,

    I have have only bought my 15" Surface Laptop 3 - AMD Ryzen 5, 256 GB SSD on 14th November 21, and this issue has happened 5 times already! It will be functioning perfectly fine (not pushing the machine hard) and then just sudden reset. Screen shuts off, then restarts with nothing open. This is shocking, can you help as a matter of urgency?

    Hi,

    i have bought microsoft surface laptop 3 13.5" on march 2020. Recently, the laptop kept shutting down several times. I noticed these issue since last month (June 2021).

    Details:

    Quad-cure 10th Gen Intel Core i5-1035G7 Processsor

    8GB LPDDR4x RAM

    256GB SSD

    i have done windows update (Latest is 23 July 2021) to fix the issue as recommended. However, the issue is still not resolved and the laptop keep shutting down. Please advice.
