100% agree with this. Mine is crashing a lot less (about once a week), it is still always a ticking time bomb especially when you are on a Teams meeting presenting for work, and then... I don't know what to do as I need the keep using the laptop during these
times.
Is the general consensus that a replacement is not the solution, as the newly shipped laptop still has the problems?
I'm also now finding the touch screen completely fails to operate after a while, and only a reboot fixes it.
Hard core fan noises, ...mouse freeze up, ..twangy speakers, ..I think it is an over priced lemon. Damn it is frustrating. One thing is for sure - I will never buy another MS laptop again. Never.
HEY MICROSOFT: How about an honest assessment of the situation and what you are doing to ensure it will be fixed?? I know it would be devastating for you to admit any fault. 1000x's of annoyed users here.
