I have the power settings set to NOT restart when the power is plugged in and NOT to go into sleep mode.
Even with these settings the laptop restarts randomly. I'll be writing code and it restarts. Its random.

Nope, I upgraded to Win11 and hoped that this solved the restarting problem.

Thanks for getting back to me. Did that fix it completely for you? Would ideally like to keep the laptop but absolutely not going to if it isn't fully resolvable. And do you think an update to Windows 11 would solve the issue rather than installing a recovery image
