After experiencing a swollen battery with my Microsoft Surface Book, I had a choice to get a replacement that I would have had to pay $600 for (with a 90 day guarantee) or just buy a new computer. I chose to buy a Surface Laptop 3 because I liked my last
Surface and upon configuring my BRAND new Surface, I immediately had the same issue (random reboots). The computer seem to be missing a lot of patches and SEEMED to be more stable after I installed all the updates, but alas, that is not the case. I have
only had my computer a few weeks and it still reboots at random and the ONLY application I am using at the time is Edge. Since I JUST set up this new computer, I do NOT want to go through the trouble of setting up another and would be happy to try and find
a fix, but I can't even get logged on long enough to TRY the fix. Here is what I am getting when I try and access the site to download the update:
