please let me know the process of merging the two MS ID

After fully reading the thread you posted, I'm not quite sure why you posted this issue in the Surface Duo section, as your issue seems to have nothing to do with the Surface Duo's power supply and battery.

At first, I speculated that you might have a need to merge accounts. However, after some searching, I surmised that the problem you are referring to here is not the consolidation of Microsoft accounts, but perhaps two MC IDs:
