I am having a serious problem connecting my new Surface Book to the internet. When I bought it, it connected perfectly to by my home and office WiFi routers. After an update, however, it connected to my home internet, but it slowed to a crawl where it was
basically unusable. Microsoft Support (Case No. xxxxxxxxxx ) had me change the driver and redo the updates. While this worked on my home WiFi system, I can no longer connect to the WiFi at my office,
regardless of which driver I use. I am now connecting via a USB WiFi dongle. However, I lose my connection whenever I separate my tablet because it must rely on the non-functioning Marvell driver.
To say this is frustrating is an understatement. Although I like many of this product's features, it is basically useless to me without a reliable WiFi connection.
Does anyone have a suggestion as to how to fix this problem? Otherwise, I am going to return it, and I swear I will never buy Microsoft software again.
