How do I know if I have Surface 3 or a Surface Pro 3?

Hi - I need to buy a case for my Surface but I have found that cases for the Surface 3 don't work with the Surface Pro 3.  I have the serial number, is there a way to determine if I have the Surface Pro 3 or just the Surface 3?

    The Surface 3 has a different charger than all the Pros. The Surface 3 has a

    micro USB connection to the charger. That is a quick way to tell the difference.

    You can run the Surface App to find details.

    The easiest way is in the Surface app. https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/store/p/surface... Attached is an example when I open the Surface app on my Surface Pro 4.
