Since the latest update 3.0.0.5, my left surface earbud has not been working. Also, I am only able to connect to my Windows 10 laptop. My Android Samsung Note 9 and Samsung Tab 6 do not recognise the Surface earbuds anymore. Arrrgh.

The issue came right for me in the end but don't know why. I did have the buds linked to my Samsung Galaxy Tab 6, Samsung Galaxy Note 10 and HP Elite Laptop. I disconnected from my HP and that seems to have fixed the issue, however I don't know for sure if that was the issue.

this happened to me after I tried to update my earbuds. I tried all the online suggestions listed here to no avail. I finally deleted the Surface Audio program and reset the case, now the earbuds work. Reinstalled the program, tried updating again and then lost sound in the left earbud. Deleting the program again since it seems to be the program, not the earbuds.
