Touch screen unresponsive when 'double tap to swap screen'

Hello.  I love duo so much but this is so annoying And I tried everything like factory reset but cannot resolved. 

using duo with smartphone mode, I'm usually using right screen, and when left screen say 'double tap to swap screen', suddenly Half of right screen(left side) is unresponsive.

It means Cannot type Q, W, A, S, Z, D until that 'double tap to..' Dissapear. Almost 5 seconds. 

It is opposite with left screen. Cannot use Half of screen (but right side this time) so I cannot type P, L, M, O, K. 

But certainly, It is not matter of screen size I think Because 

I changed size and moved swift keyboard to End of right side

But stil cannot type Q, W, A, S, Z. D. 

.. Seriously, What is wrong with duo?

I don't know why but after recent patch duo always saying double tap to swap screen even I do not want to swap screen so almost of time I cannot use half of screen when I using smart phone mode now. It is extremely fraustraing so I really hope fix this. Is anyone there solved this problem?

    I have the same problem except for the letters

    Sometimes I close and open

    Sometimes I have to click power button 

    Lately I've had to restart

    The timing seems random. The only common thread is that I will have 2 different apps running

    Does this happen randomly or is there a specific function that you are doing when this occurs? Also, is there a specific mode you have the phone in such as in book mode or if the device is stationary such as on a table? I would also like to collect a bug report from you, I will message you the instructions for further troubleshooting if necessary.

    This issue started for me also with this last update. I will be using the phone normally with one or two apps open and then one of the screens will go blank with "double tap to...." I've only seen that message before when I use the camera. Is something trying to use the camera since this last update?? I only let essential apps have camera access. None should be using the camera. Turning the screen off and on doesn't fix it. I found out that rotating the device will eventually get the screens to go back to normal..
