Hi, just recently installed the Windows 10 May update on my Surface Book 2. Now the GPU disappears randomly while in use. The only solution is to reboot the Surface Book 2, or go into the device manager and initiate a scan for the GPU to come back again. It has Nvidia Gforce GTX 1050 version 23.21.13.9140
Are there any plans for Microsoft to release an updated driver to fix this bug?

There are some updates that were pushed to PRODUCTION today https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4055398/surface-book-2-update-history You do NOT need to join Insiders to get these.
October 2019 updates

there are UMPTEEN other threads with this issue of the GPU disappearing under
load after installing 1903. In.EVERY.SINGLE.CASE going back to the prior build
of Windows fixes this issue. Sadly, for those beyond the 10 day go back, the
only solution seems to be to reimage. Why can't you collect all the threads on
this issue and merge together since the trending is so blindingly obvious? What
s engineering doing to fix this and when will there be a fix? Here are some

I made all steps you recommend and no successful.
I tried everything along many, many days.....nothing.
Where are Microsoft?, everybody is with the same issue !!!!!
Is it possible to return the product and get the money back due this non solved problem?, I am starting to think Microsoft is not capable to solve it !!!
I had a lot of computers and nothing like it ever happened to me, an update that leaves your computer useless for months !!!, crazy
