Hi, just recently installed the Windows 10 May update on my Surface Book 2. Now the GPU disappears randomly while in use. The only solution is to reboot the Surface Book 2, or go into the device manager and initiate a scan for the GPU to come back again. It has Nvidia Gforce GTX 1050 version 23.21.13.9140
Are there any plans for Microsoft to release an updated driver to fix this bug?

Same,After I upgraded to 1903,my NVIDIA GPU start to crash. It seems didn‘t appeared while using 1809.
Every time I restart or redetach the GPU will come back
But each time I use Adobe photoshop,if it start using the GPU 1(GeForce 1060),the system will crash, with two kinds of problem.
1.The photoshop shutn down and my NVIDIA GPU dissapear.
2.System crashed, turn blue and shows nvlddmkm.sys wrong, which also means my GPU crashed.
Ok will do.
Version is 1903.
Yes, I tried to update the drivers of the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050.
I tried also to put the computer energy preferences in performance mode, but unfortunatelly it was not possible, that option, I do not why, is not more available.
In the NVIDIA control panel, inside control panel of windows is not possible to select high energy consumption.
I read some users has solved the BSOD using Autocad 2019 disconnecting the graphic accelaration the hardware acceleration. That is a possibility but reduce a lot the graphic performance.
Nothing of all of this occurs with the internal Intel video card.
Thanks
