Surface Book 2 GPU Driver disappears randomly after May 2019 update

Hi, just recently installed the Windows 10 May update on my Surface Book 2. Now the GPU disappears randomly while in use. The only solution is to reboot the Surface Book 2, or go into the device manager and initiate a scan for the GPU to come back again. It has Nvidia Gforce GTX 1050 version 23.21.13.9140
Are there any plans for Microsoft to release an updated driver to fix this bug?

There are some updates that were pushed to PRODUCTION today https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4055398/surface-book-2-update-history You do NOT need to join Insiders to get these.
October 2019 updates

My Surface Book 2 has the same problem. After the update to 1903, the dGPU logs off after about 15 minutes. In the device manager you can dan again and after 15 minutes it is gone again.
Already have the latest nVidia driver 430.86 installed. Without success. This problem I have only since the 1903. Photo editing in Lightroom is therefore impossible.

2019-06-13T23:32:15+00:00 I have the same issue with the Surface Book 2, and have had for months. It certainly seems to be a software issue, as it didn't happen initially, and can be rectified (albeit temporarily) by launching Device Manager (devmgmt.msc) and scanning for hardware changes (right-most icon on toolbar). This workaround seems to be the quickest one to action (versus disconnecting the tablet from the base/keyboard, or rebooting, etc.).
