New Surface Pro 7 shutting down randomly

I'm tired of all these issues now. At first, a few days ago, I was working on this laptop and it shut down randomly. I switched it on, but again it shut down randomly. In 20 minutes, this happened thrice. I tried something, and then it worked fine for a day. Then today again, it is happening. The diagnostic kit says there's nothing wrong. Please help.

    I have had my Surface Pro for less than a month.  I have recently had an issue with random shut downs. Then it froze and would not shut down.  So I held the power button for over 30-seconds and it shut down.  Now it won't turn on.  I have used the keyboard cover and taken it off the keyboard cover with the same results.

    HELP!  I have work to do!

    To turn it on, plug the original power supply unit.

    Have you tried this. Seems to work with mine for now.

    I've fixed it on my SP7 i5/8G/256G by installing the Intel Graphics Command Center from the Microsoft Store, opening it, going to System>Power>Panel Self Refresh and turning it off for both "On Battery" and "Plugged In"."

    It resolves the issue that is impossible to turn the Surface on after the random shut down happens.  You will still have the Random Shut Down problem but at least you will be able to turn on the computer. Believe or not, if you have an "original" docker, it will not be able to give enough power to turn it on.
