Yep. This is ridiculous. The customer support person has an appointment scheduled with me tomorrow morning to wipe my computer. She already tried to update all of the firmware and adjust power settings. I actually feel bad for the support tech because she obviously has nothing to do with it and is trying her best. I think this is the moment. I am going to get an Apple. I've held off... I've had desktop/laptop computers with Microsoft and HP since the 80's. Just can't do it anymore. Signing off
New Surface Pro 7 shutting down randomly
I'm tired of all these issues now. At first, a few days ago, I was working on this laptop and it shut down randomly. I switched it on, but again it shut down randomly. In 20 minutes, this happened thrice. I tried something, and then it worked fine for a day. Then today again, it is happening. The diagnostic kit says there's nothing wrong. Please help.
