Yep, that's why I tried to outline that customer service is doing everything they can. But it's obvious there is a hardware issue. Their lack of solutions vs the problems users are having that are posted on EVERY internet forum leads me to believe that they are well aware of the problem. They will continue to placate via customer service (which is pretty good) to hide that they sold you a piece of junk. My friends who have Apple products laugh at me, and I've been fighting them for years. Just dawned on me though, they're not even after this market. They are in cloud computing and left retail consumers to Apple. They still sell us these products as an advertisement. Since I'm a retail consumer, I just need to take the message and move on. This sucks because I have everything in Excel and Access (which they won't allow Pivot tables to work on Apple and other powerful macros). But I'll figure it out. 1989 I bought my first HP with Windows. 2021 and I'm saying goodby.

i just try to send my surface pro back to Microsoft for service. they are going to send me another refurbished one. but I also see people complainted that even after 4 or 5 time replacement, the machine they got still has issue. I hope that is not the case for me.
