I'm tired of all these issues now. At first, a few days ago, I was working on this laptop and it shut down randomly. I switched it on, but again it shut down randomly. In 20 minutes, this happened thrice. I tried something, and then it worked fine for a day. Then today again, it is happening. The diagnostic kit says there's nothing wrong. Please help.

Have the same model and having It for less than 24 Hours was experiencing random shutdowns. I tried this solution and so far it is has solved the issue and it has stayed on in idle.
I bought my Surface Pro 2 weeks ago. It worked fine until about a week ago. Now it shuts down in about 1-2 minutes and then it will not turn back on. I called Microsoft they installed all brand new updates and it continues to do the same thing. I am extremely upset! This is an expensive computer and it should work! If this is not fixed I will return to the computerAnd by Mac! This is absolutely the worst computer I have ever bought!
I am glad you said that because I couldn't find that!
It's still there for me. It's under Power tab.
