New Surface Pro 7 shutting down randomly
I'm tired of all these issues now. At first, a few days ago, I was working on this laptop and it shut down randomly. I switched it on, but again it shut down randomly. In 20 minutes, this happened thrice. I tried something, and then it worked fine for a day. Then today again, it is happening. The diagnostic kit says there's nothing wrong. Please help.

2020-07-15T22:46:42+00:00 I have the same issue but mine with the surface plugged to the docking, I get a blue screen with a message that information is being sent to MS and then it shuts down and restarts. Some times it shuts down without the blue screen it just started to do this a month ago and shut down three or four times a day. I got my surface pro 7 last December

They had me return the Surface 7 and sent me a new computer. This took about 7 days from sinfing it back until i received a new computer. This one works fine!

2020-06-08T14:32:42+00:00 Hi guys,
I don't see this problem resolved yet.
I have the same issue with my surface 7 when I need it more it shuts down.
Also having problem turning it back on from sleep. Sometimes I have to hold the power button to force restart and to top it off the brightness its getting stuck at 10%.
Any advice?
