missing ssd drive

has anyone had missing ssd drive issues with the surface studio v1 2tb 128 sdd- I have had two machines both new and can not find the drive - 6 weeks of dealing with problem - costing me money - and I must of spoken to support least 10 times and IT support least 5 who keep linking to machine and telling me it's not there - not getting anywhere with this - so would help to know if anyone else has been through this and how it was resolved - feel I'm going crazy - thank you

    machine bought from Microsoft direct this last week arrived this week and all I have done is switch it on and check for the drives

    as the one I bought from john lewis had even less showing in the disk management - its crazy but no one at Microsoft IT who links knows the answer and are avoiding dealing with it - I just want to see someone else's drive to confirm that this is okay and I not just unlucky lol - they won't even exchange it unless I want a refurb lol or I send it back get refund and buy machine number 3 - ridiculous lol

    wouldn't know what a recovery or re image is sorry

    Everything looks normal. You won't actually "see" the SSD as it is used for

    "caching" to speed things up. There's a technical discussion (for another
