Hello - I recently sent my Surface Studio 2 (Desktop) into be refurbed for a display issue. When I sent it back I packed up the keyboard, mouse and most important the powercord (exactly how it came during first purchase). I received the refurbed computer back but no power cord, mouse or keyboard. Support on chat/phone has been a nightmare .. haven't got to anyone yet. How can I get a powercord.. I've searched all over the internet and can't find it?

Hello james burnette,
Thanks for reaching out to Microsoft Community. I'm sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you. Please do know that this is not the experience we want you to have.
The repair order is only intended for the Surface device and the accessories are not included unless a separate repair order was made. Normally, those accessories may be returned to you within 7-10 business days from the date of completion of your repair order. But to ensure you will receive it, I'd highly suggest contacting our Microsoft assisted support, as this particular concern is best handled by their department. In this case, I may have to redirect you over to them:
I hope this helps.
Regards,
StevenK
