My Microsoft ads account got suspended before I even created a campaign .

I got this message 30 mins after creating the account and loading 100$ into it,

"Your access to Microsoft Advertising is currently blocked

We have detected unusual activity in your Microsoft Advertising account. As a security precaution, we have suspended your account and blocked your access.

You can no longer sign in with this user name or email address.

To resolve this issue, please contact Support."

I have never used microsoft ads before, this is insane. I feel like they robbed me of my money. I didn't even do anything.

When i contact support they say they cant even tell me what the issue is.

Can someone please help me resolve this issue?

    My account has been for very long approval period,
    as a result got this message -

    Based on our investigation and blah blah blah -
    the account has been determined to be high risk to other customers or advertisers so it will remain closed.....

    So what I have done so far -

    1. Added personal details
    2. Added website
    3. Added payment method

    Also got message from support team while creating account - that website is legit, and products (Nutra related) are in accordinance with policies (nothing restricted)

    I think in this solution there are no logic at all.....

    Having the same issues tried with 2 accounts and don't do anything and the account just get blocked

    Yes, myself as well. I even had someone from Microsoft Support reach out and tell me I could send a Private Message and he would investigate my Account and let me know what was going on with my suspended and try and give me the reason. I just got a follow up from his after about 2 wks and all he did was send me the same type of a template response just like all the other Support Agents. So that was again just a complete waste of time. Not surprised.
