My Microsoft ads account got suspended before I even created a campaign .

I got this message 30 mins after creating the account and loading 100$ into it,

"Your access to Microsoft Advertising is currently blocked

We have detected unusual activity in your Microsoft Advertising account. As a security precaution, we have suspended your account and blocked your access.

You can no longer sign in with this user name or email address.

To resolve this issue, please contact Support."

I have never used microsoft ads before, this is insane. I feel like they robbed me of my money. I didn't even do anything.

When i contact support they say they cant even tell me what the issue is.

Can someone please help me resolve this issue?

    A quick update on my refunds,

    Send multiple email to their finance team no reply and their last reply was

    "Dear Supplier, This is to be informed, the payment has been successfully released via "reference number" as on 05th May 2023.We will check with on the remittance details and share the Proof of payment shortly. Thanks & Regards,

    AND NO REPLY FROM FINANCE DEPT. Contacted their MS Chat support and their support reply was

    "I am hoping for your kind understanding and patience on this Rylan. We can assure you that you will receive a full refund since you got the reference number that it was processed on our Finance department. It just that can take considerable time to process."

    SO I CAN'T ASK FOR THE DETAILS OF THE TRANSFER NOR THE PROOF OF PAYMENT AND JUST BASED ON THEIR EMAIL OF TRUST? I'M LOST FOR WORDS MS..

    It also happened to me, I haven't finished my compaign set up, then my account was suspended,

    Yes it’s crazy. So many people on here have the same issue. No one can understand why it happens. I had a Microsoft Ad Specialist reach out to me in a private message. He is going to look into my account and investigate to try and see what he can find out. I will keep everyone posted.

    We all agree. It just doesn’t make sense. Especially from a Business prospective. You sell Advertising, yet you won’t allow people to advertise? I have no clue.
