My Microsoft ads account got suspended before I even created a campaign .

I got this message 30 mins after creating the account and loading 100$ into it,

"Your access to Microsoft Advertising is currently blocked

We have detected unusual activity in your Microsoft Advertising account. As a security precaution, we have suspended your account and blocked your access.

You can no longer sign in with this user name or email address.

To resolve this issue, please contact Support."

I have never used microsoft ads before, this is insane. I feel like they robbed me of my money. I didn't even do anything.

When i contact support they say they cant even tell me what the issue is.

Can someone please help me resolve this issue?

    Same issue here.

    Created an account, accepted the auto-generated ad from Microsoft, and within hours of entering payment information (but pausing all campaigns), account is suspended. No one from support is able to give anything but the scripted answer.

    Given the number of people with the same issue, this matter is not being "taken seriously" or "thoroughly investigated" despite what the emails state.

    Is someone able to please raise appeals for myself and others on this thread? Or, at the very least, provide guidance on how these terms have been breached?

    I had similar case.

    1. Added personal details
      Next morning logged in, to add payment details
    2. Added payment details, confirmed them.
      Reached Live assistant to help me create first campaign
    3. Started to create first campagin, assistant checked site, told it was OK, and then we've started to create campaign, when reached targeting, I couldn't select the countries, pressed refresh, and booom -

    We have detected unusal activity in your MS adv account and blocked your access.

    Even assitant was frustrated.
    So it wasn't the campaign, it wasn't the site

    Waiting for their feedback.

    This exact thing just happened to me and the responses from the rep dont make any sense. Are you able to provide some detail? Accoutn creation was fine, everything was roses, checked in an hour later and I received message that account was suspended for supsicious activity and ominous email was genrated upon login regarding banned account. nothing ever ran. My site is a about food. The rep told ne he couldnt tell me why the account just got banned, but that they keep advertisers privacy, what advertisers? Then he said he didnt know why its banned, but that there was a thourough investigation? Lol, when?

    Happened the same with me! Such pathetic service. Been struggling t o start to use their service. I have tried creating an account from multiple emails now and from different locations in the world with all legitimate information. But no use!
