I got this message 30 mins after creating the account and loading 100$ into it,
"Your access to Microsoft Advertising is currently blocked
We have detected unusual activity in your Microsoft Advertising account. As a security precaution, we have suspended your account and blocked your access.
You can no longer sign in with this user name or email address.
To resolve this issue, please contact Support."
I have never used microsoft ads before, this is insane. I feel like they robbed me of my money. I didn't even do anything.
When i contact support they say they cant even tell me what the issue is.
Can someone please help me resolve this issue?

Upon checking my resources, I can see that they already requested a manual review from our account specialist, and I can see that they already provided results. To be honest, I really hate this and I hate to be the bearer of this news, and it just saddens me to relay this message to you. How I wish we were really conversing about a different matter.

Microsoft I am so disappointed in you guys! You won't even tell me what the violation was.
Nothing would surprise me at this point. I’m 60 years old and just opened an online Store selling only Premium High Quality Kitchen / Cooking Products & Appliances. We advertise on many other channels and have had no issues. Actually I need to take that back. Facebook Ads was difficult as well and just as secretive about the reasons for Ad refusals. And as with Microsoft Ads you can never speak to a human or even have a live chat. So you never understand what you may have done incorrectly? I thought these businesses were about making $ from us for advertising with them. But I guess not?
I'm just curious if this issue has anything to do with Microsofts advertising campaign claiming that they will give you $150 in ad credit if you create a campaign and fund at least $20?
Seems like maybe they are suspending accounts that deposit less than $150 as they would be losing money under the guise that we some how violated a term but can't disclose any information. Seems hard to believe we all have the same problem with no actual insight, means to correct the issue or option to appeal.
