Managing permissions and login credentials to access Microsoft Advertising accounts
Exactly same case for me.
This browser is no longer supported.
Upgrade to Microsoft Edge to take advantage of the latest features, security updates, and technical support.
I got this message 30 mins after creating the account and loading 100$ into it,
"Your access to Microsoft Advertising is currently blocked
We have detected unusual activity in your Microsoft Advertising account. As a security precaution, we have suspended your account and blocked your access.
You can no longer sign in with this user name or email address.
To resolve this issue, please contact Support."
I have never used microsoft ads before, this is insane. I feel like they robbed me of my money. I didn't even do anything.
When i contact support they say they cant even tell me what the issue is.
Can someone please help me resolve this issue?
Thanks,
Matt

Exactly same case for me.
I HAVE THE EXACT SAME ISSUE, GOT SUSSPENDED RIGHT AFTER OPENNING AN ACCOUNT. What a joke of a company. Violated a policy? I haven't even advertised yet.. NO solution offered by their team, no appeal, permanently suspended.. WOW!
Well, my reply will not give you any additional info.....
I can share only my experience -
Got banned 4 times, and only 1 time I have added website, so this is not related to the website and to the products.
All the rest were after adding payment methods,
I have added - Debit card, bank transfer and paypal.
All cases were blocked, and without right to appeal.
I merely walked through the entire self-automated campaign. It allowed me to set up the campaign and I never altered anything for the campaign. It auto populates the information based off your website and services. I got all the way through the payment information and clicked submit. Within an hour I received an email that I was suspended.
Dear Lloyd -
I am affiliate manager in one of the networks on the market,
And by reading your lines, I do see that my turnovers are way smaller, but what happened in my case -
I have not even created the ad, just personal info and payment method (tried different ones Credit Cards, Paypals, even bank transfer), and got blocked.
I was asking my affiliates did you had same experience, and they are spread 50/50.
Some had blocked, while others were approved form the first time
And MS support is very very poor in this question.
Yes, google ads rocks!
